Doomed friday

vrijdag 13 september 2013
Dynamo, Eindhoven
Entree: 12.50
The 11th Hour:
The 11th Hour is a Dutch/Swedish doomproject from the hands and minds of multi-instrumentalist Ed Warby (Gorefest, Hail Of Bullets, Ayreon) and musical centipede Rogga Johansson (Edge Of Sanity, Demiurg, Paganizer, Ribspreader). Although both Ed and Rogga are mostly known for their considerable death metal prowess, both love doom in all its guises and embraced this opportunity with great enthusiasm.

Officium Triste:
Officium Triste is a doom metal band from Rotterdam, The Netherlands. They refer to their style often as Rotterdoom. It is largely inspired by bands like My Dying Bride and early Anathema, but the last album is slower and more melodic. The vocals are mostly intelligible death grunts but with occasional clean vocals

Swamp Machine:
Sinds begin 2012 versterkt Rick Schuitemaker (o.a. A Generation After) de band op drums.
Slepend, zompig, gruizig. Deze mannen weten hoe ze podiums op haar grondvesten kunnen laten trillen. Heavy 70's psych-doom voor fijnproevers!

Marche Funebre:
Marche Funèbre was formed in the last days of 2007 with an urge to write and play doom metal like the early 90s bands (My Dying Bride, Paradise Lost and Anathema).
The chemistry worked and spring 2009 showed ‘Norizon’, their debut EP.
Numerous performances followed in Belgium and abroad.
Marche Funèbre released their first full-length album ‘To Drown’ on Shiver Records in June 2011.
