ON FIRE/SUPERHERO - split 7inch Releasedate: June 11, 2004 As bands, ON FIRE and SUPERHERO have always believed that music can be a powerful force – direct or indirect – for change. Whether it is people reading the lyrics and thinking more constructively about the world around them, or coming to shows and feeling the music as an outlet for emotion, there is no doubt that what we are doing is changing our small area, at our small point in time, positively, and by example. Thus, we present this split project. Two bands together on one piece of vinyl that is as clear as our intentions. The songs span the musical spectrum; from old school hardcore, moshy breakdowns, heavy metal riffing, punk rock speed, ska interludes, and a full acoustic number.
