huntingtons are breaking up

huntingtons hang it up: The Huntingtons will be bringing an official end to their 10 year career on July 1st 2005 at the Cornerstone Festival in Bushnell, IL. To close the book properly, we've invited former guitarist and co-founder Cliffy to join us for the last show we'll ever play. Every show we've played at C-Stone has been a blast and it's cool that we'll get to go out playing it one more time. It's possible that we'll play a few local shows prior to the festival but nothing is booked as of yet. Please email us if you are interested. The set will be on Friday, July 1st at 8:15pm on the Decapolis Stage and will be about 45 minutes long. I hope a lot of the faces that we got used to seeing every year will be there. You guys are the reason we managed to last so long. Over the past year many changes have occured in our personal lives. Mike & Jenn had a baby girl, Petra, on July 9th 2004. They also recently bought their first home. Josh has been crackin' the books again trying to finish up his degree in video production. He is still living at home but hopes to move out sometime within the millenium. Rick has taken on an apprenticeship as an electrician and he to is also still living at home but hopes to move out within the millrnium. Music's still a big part of each of our lives, however, we realized it wasn't right for the band to continue & play a show every couple of months if we're not gonna be as good as we can be.
