Groovie Ghoulies kappen ermee

De Groovie Ghoulies uit Sacramento stoppen ermee. De band heeft meer dan 15 jaar bestaan en ook enkele albums op het Nederlandse label Stardumb Records uitgebracht. Opvallend is dat er op 15 mei wel een nieuwe cd uitkomt, getiteld 99 Lives. De geplande Europese tour gaat helaas niet meer door. Dit is de officiële bevestiging van de band op hun myspace-site: Dear Ghoulie Family, It is with deep regret and sorrow that we must inform you that we have parted ways as a band for personal reasons. We thank you for your tireless love and support over the years and encourage you to continue to support the bands we have played with in Sacramento and beyond.
