I own you nothing - Defusing the popular struggle

'Defusing the popular struggle' is I own you nothing's (No, that's not an error!!!) first cd and I'm glad punkrock still moves a lot of the younger people to pick up their instruments mum and dad bought for them and form a band.

First of all, guys, change that bandname...and please stick to one style only... I'm hearing all kinds of freaky things going on...parts of guitars that just don't fit the song and a singer that sings out of tune...

I'm getting flashbacks to a certain time when I was starting out and I made my first demo and it sounded great in my ears...not!

My advice to this band would be to save up some money, rehearse like hell and record 4-5 songs in a professional studio...change the bandname, go for that suicidal tendencies/Black Flag sound that the first song 'the outcast' has and keep the songs simple. Don't try to put too much into a song. Simple is good enough. Create a cool logo and off you go.

Keep it up guys!
