Anyone remember one of the best punkbands of the new millenium ‘one man army’ with their amazing singer Jack Dalrymple?

YES FOLKS! Jack and Brandon of former OMA fame finally formed a new band together with ‘Western addiction’s’ bass player Chicken. Both Jack and Chicken are combining vocals and are immediately lifting Dead to me to the top of the current punkscene. Now, my friends, this is original! (Little wink to that last hellcat release…)

‘Cuban ballerina’ sounds ultra melodic and could very well reach a very, very big audience. I get the feeling these San Francisco punks are gonna make it all the way…could very well get bigger than one man army ever was.

From Stiff little fingers and The Clash over Jawbreaker and even current Green day fans might dig Dead to me’s sound. There’s also a certain band called Avail that pops into the back of my mind whilst listening to ‘Splendid isolation’.

All songs are genius, but if you want to know my favs: ‘Don’t lie‘, ‘Still heartbeat‘ and definitely ‘Special professional‘.

Good to see/hear one of punkrock’s best vocalists ever (seriously, ‘Rumors and headlines’, kid!) back in an amazing band.
